Slug Barrier for Strawberries (0.9m x 5m)

Slug Barrier for Strawberries (0.9m x 5m) Code: XFG001

£69.95 inc. p&p 69.9500 In Stock New

This slug matting is made from Tex-R, a unique copper-coated fabric that acts as a barrier to slugs and snails as it causes them discomfort. It also prevents weed growth and stops soil splash thereby keeping the fruit clean. It allows water through yet retains moisture in the soil. Safe to children, wildlife and pets, Tex-R fabric is widely used by professionals and can be reused as it remains effective for several years. The size of the sheet - 0.9m x 5m (3ft x 16ft), allows the planting of a double row of strawberry plants and is also suitable for vegetables, lettuce, hostas etc. It can also be cut to size and used around individual plants and under pots.
