If ever there was an ornamental tree that is due to come out from living in the shadow of others it must be the Malus (Crab Apple) tree.  Malus make superb specimen trees and are suitable for smaller gardens. Few who choose any of the Malus varieties can be disappointed by the riot of blossom and fruit. Whether you opt for the stunning golden fruits or the deeply rich reds you will be rewarded not only visibly but also have the option to produce some of the tastiest jellies possible. To ensure rapid establishment, Malus trees are supplied bare-rooted and unless otherwise stated will be approximately 1.2-1.5m (4-5ft) high on despatch (including the roots). Trees are available from late November to late April.

Don't forget to include tree stakes and ties on your order. All young fruit trees require staking and for better establishment we strongly advise using Rootgrow when planting (as recommended in RHS planting guidelines).
